A 65-year old pilot suffered minor injuries when the kit aircraft he was flying crashed in Chilbolton on Saturday (May 10).
The Rans 6 single engine kit aircraft failed to take off from an airfield in the village at around 2.20pm and ended up embedded in a hedge. The aircraft suffered structural damage and the propeller and undercarriage were lost.
The Air Accident Investigation Branch is investigating the incident.
